110kv Composite Suspension Insulator

The 110kV composite suspension insulator is mainly composed of the core bar, umbrella sleeve and skirt, metal accessories and other major components. The core bar of the composite insulator bears the internal insulation on one hand and the mechanical load on the other; the sleeve and skirt have good water repellency, aging resistance and chemical stability, which are wrapped around the outside of the core bar to protect the core bar from atmospheric erosion and have excellent insulating performance, while the sleeve and skirt provide the required creepage distance to ensure good electrical performance.

When designing and manufacturing the injection molding mold, the company specially designed the automatic positioning system for locking the S-shaped polygon cross of the mandrel and the ejection and removal system of the product. This ensures the core bar positioning during the injection process, thus avoiding the eccentricity of the finished composite insulator, ensuring the coaxiality of the core bar and the sheath, the uniformity of the product sheath thickness and the reliability of the product quality.
