Forged Steel Fixed Ball Valve

Fixed ball valve is suitable for long distance pipeline and general industrial pipeline, and suitable for a variety of corrosive and non-corrosive media, which its strength, safety, resistance to harsh environment have special considerations when it's designed. Compared with the floating ball valve, when it works, the fluid pressure in front of the sphere of all is transferred to the bearing force. The force will not make a sphere move to the seat, therefore, the seat will not bear too much pressure. And the advantages of the fixed ball valve are small torque , the seat of the small deformation, stable sealing performance and long service life, which applicable to high pressure, large diameter.  

Fixed ball valves are available in two block and three block body configurations. The flanges are bolted. In addition, the seal is made of reinforced PTFE inserted into the stainless steel ring, and the rear of the ring is provided with a spring to ensure that the seat is closely attached to the ball to keep the seal. PTFE bearings are provided on both upper and lower stem to reduce friction and save effort in operation. Full size: The valve flow aperture is the same as the pipeline diameter for cleaning.
